Reporting Concerns

If you are concerned about a child's welfare or worried they are being abused, you can make a referral to Torbay Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. To do this please call Tel: 01803208100 or out of Hours 0300 456 4876, or alternatively e-mail: MASH@torbay.gov.uk.

The Safeguarding Hub Enquiry can also be used to share information with your local office.

If you are unsure the Torbay Procedures Manual will be able to help guide you or the Child's Journey Threshold Document which tells you which types of services a family may need to get support.
